weekend in a bag

I have written so many posts waiting in my drafts and it's about time to start spitting them out.
A few weeks ago I went to the farm to hang out with Oliver.
There are so many great things about Fargo. I love not having to deal with traffic at all, I love saving over $70 per month on car insurance, and I love being able to buy a taco in a bag at a restaurant.

Oliver was pretty bummed out about missing Bob, but we made the best of it. You're probably thinking, "Mary, Oliver is a dog. How can he miss someone?" And you're right, but look at this picture - he doesn't even care that there's a cat riding on his back. At one point in the weekend, I thought he had jumped out of a 2nd story window. I still haven't figured out what happened, but that can't be right - can it?

On Saturday, I got to see Joe's soccer game. I stole Joe & Katherine after the game and brought them back to the farm with me!

Katherine gave me a few makeovers to test out some new looks. We decided that blonde wasn't a great look for me.

I had to take advantage of being out in the middle of nowhere and play as much accordion as possible. Joey got a little lesson as well. I challenged him to an accordion-off, so we'll have to see how much he's been practicing. :)

  1. I am concerned that you don't know exactly what happened to Oliver but that he could have fallen out of a 2nd story window. Eeekkk! However, I am loving your makeover. Will you please write a post on your tips and tricks to get that awesome shade of blue shadow! Miss you friend :)

    1. LOL He was outside when I came home and all the doors were shut (and in one piece), so he pulled something suspicious that I can't quite figure out!
