Last night Marie came over to watch the Bachelorette and I made Artichoke & Basil Bruschetta (using this recipe from Shutterbean). It was super easy (no injuries) and really, really good! I wish I would've gotten white wine instead of Red, but it was still really tasty!
And then, for dessert, I made Toblerone Fondue. I just wanted to make a small serving - this wasn't quite an occasion for the chocolate fountain. Between Marie & I, we figured out this little set-up, which consisted of a mini pie container, 3 cans of olives & a tea light. It worked like a little dream!
